Our homes. We call them OUR homes because, as the proprietors, we have taken an active part in their renovation. We have followed their progress day in and day out with the dedication and special attention which could only come from years of experience in the hotel business.
Experience. As you can see from our presentation letter, we have been hoteliers in Scarperia for as long as we can remember and our professional experience goes back quite a long way.
Direct contact. No middleman. The houses belong to us and for this reason we are able to keep the prices down.

Villa Torricelli Ciamponi
An exclusive residence the likes of which are few and far between! Apartments tucked away in a park embellished by hundred-year-old trees. An oasis of peace and tranquility right in the heart of the town's historic center.
Even though the villa is in the center of the old town, it is encircled by a park measuring 11,000 square meters. Approximately one-third of these grounds has been reserved exclusively for use by our guests and we are working very hard to be able to install a pool as well.

Villino “I giardini”
Inviting, comfortable and well-appointed apartments housed in a small building which was built in the 1950s but has been completely renovated. Located in the center of town across from a large public park, the apartments each have their own parking space and can sleep from two to six people. A new establishment ideal for the vacationer who wants comfort at a reasonable price. Each apartment is comprised of a living area with kitchenette, one or two bedrooms, bath, and a terrace or outdoor patio. The decor lends a sense of “warmth” to the apartments, making them even more comfortable.
